Specialization

 

I specialize in representing my clients in the purchases and sales of single-family residences and income property within the cities of Lebanon, Mt Juliet, Old Hickory, Hermitage, Donelson and surrounding areas.  Keeping current with the market in these areas is only the beginning of a detailed process to help you with your move.

 

 

Personal

 

I am a Middle Tennessee native having been born and raised in the local area.  I have served with many organizations, both real estate related and community oriented, since 1989, serving as a full time REALTOR.  I am extremely knowledgeable of the area, not only in the housing market but also about many opportunities available for families and individuals as well.

I was honored to be presented with the 2009 REALTOR of the Year award by the Eastern Middle TN Association of REALTORS (EMTAR), elected to serve as the 2007 President of EMTAR, and most recently was elected to serve as the Division II VP for the Tennessee Association of REALTORS. Working to keep improving our association and encouraging individual REALTORS to keep pushing our standards to a new level are big parts of my goals.
